WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, ranging from 1-3 weeks.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. If the email failed to find you, please check you spam mailbox or contact us at afairything@gmail.com

Due to flight delays, there might be unexpected delays in delivery. Some items may be out of stock due to high demand in peak seasons. We might need to split your order in to separate parcels if items are out of stock.

ORDERS & RETURNS

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and customs duties associated with all return parcels. Please note, we could not provide return labels at this time, and custom duties collected upon delivery will be deducted from the final refund.

Please contact us at afairything@gmail.com stating your reason for return and our team will evaluate and get back to you soon. Please allow us up to 4-6 weeks to process any refund. You will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
