WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Delivery time may vary depending on your location, ranging from 2 working days to 2 weeks. For products that run low, we will arrange accordingly.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do! We do international shipping and it's FREE!

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. If the email failed to find you, please check you spam mailbox or contact us at afairything@gmail.com

Due to flight delays, there might be unexpected delays in delivery. Some items may be out of stock due to high demand in peak seasons. We might need to split your order in to separate parcels if items are out of stock.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We sincerely hope that you love our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to initiate a return for any reason, kindly review the following guidelines:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that it is initiated within 14 working days from the date you received your order. For a successful return, the items must be in unused condition, with the safety tags attached and the original packaging intact. Any items that have been used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to initiate a return, kindly email afairything@gmail.com to access our return form. We will reach out to you via a separate email, providing you with additional instructions.

(IMPORTANT) Please keep the following points in mind:

  • The cost of return shipping will not be covered and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Any returns received after this period may be rejected and returned to you.
  • You will need to obtain a tracking number and proof of postage for future reference. Inside the package, please include the order number and exchange inquiry on a piece of paper to expedite the process.
  • The specific cost of return shipping varies depending on the country.
  • There's a $20 USD restocking fee for every order. This helps us manage the costs of processing returns and getting items back on our shelves. The amount will be deducted from your refund amount. 
  • Refunds/Exchanges are issued exclusively in the form of store credit. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
  • All the items bought on sale cannot be returned
